  • Speeding Up Innovation: Rapid prototyping enables quick experimentation, fostering agility and adaptability in the pursuit of growth opportunities.

Examples of Application:

  • In Design Thinking: Creating a low-fidelity prototype of a meal-planning app to test with users, focusing on layout and functionality before investing in a fully designed version.
  • In Growth Hacking: Prototyping a new referral programme by testing a basic version with a small user group, measuring its effectiveness, and refining the incentive structure based on results.

Rapid prototyping is a powerful approach in both Design Thinking and Growth Hacking, as it combines speed, creativity, and feedback to drive innovation and growth. By iterating quickly and validating ideas early, teams can create solutions and strategies that are both impactful and user-centred, ensuring better outcomes with reduced risk.
