  • Hypothesis Development: Growth teams use ideation to create hypotheses for experiments, ensuring that each idea is measurable and testable.
  • Rapid Experimentation: Ideas generated during ideation are prioritised and tested through quick, iterative experiments to determine their effectiveness and potential for scaling.

Examples of Application:

  • In Design Thinking: Holding an ideation workshop to generate ideas for a mobile app feature that simplifies meal planning, based on insights from user interviews.
